It's a pretty standard, basic hotel. Staff is super friendly! The breakfast is great! Pet friendly rooms available. We stayed last year, so we came back while in the area, and we'll be back again!
Excellent service, very nice hotel. The room was beautifully decorated for my wife's birthday. It was a wonderful surprise. The prices are reasonable. The master bedroom is large and spacious with a private jacuzzi; everything is excellent for romantic and relaxing nights.
Great hotel for the price. Decent breakfast, decent pool, decent room and good staff. They lose a star for not giving a heads up the hot tub was not working and seemed to have been not working for a while. I would recommend and if I return to the area I may even stay there again.
We had a great experience at this best western. We were having car troubles on a trip 11 hours away from home and they were able to get us a room and were very accommodating, specifically the women behind the counter who said her name was Shemean. She was very kind and helped us as much as she could, made as many accommodations as she could, and even cheered us on when we were able to get our car fixed. Staff were very inviting and wonderful. They helped make a bad experience into something better.
Shocked by how amazing the staff was. They were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and kind. Over two multi day stays, everyone was amazing from the ladies we met at the front desk to the folks operating the breakfast area to the cleaning crew. I don’t know what they are doing to attract such great people, but whatever it is they are a rockstar team.
The room was clean when I arrived and had a fridge and microwave and a fairly comfortable bed; however, despite telling me they had daily maid service, they only cleaned the room 3 days out of the 7 nights I was there and I can't say it was cleaned very well as they only vacuumed one time and only in the center of the room - dirt and objects around the periphery were never vacuumed during my 7 day stay. They did good restocking towels when asked and soaps when they cleaned but only took the dirty towels out twice. They do have hot breakfast daily - either scrambled eggs or cheese omelets and link sausage or bacon. Plus they had cold breakfast available or you could make your own waffles. The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly. I never saw the maids but they left a nice note each of the 3 days they were able to clean.
Very clean. We were able to check in early. Morning brunch was very good, The lady running it was super nice. Would definitely stay there again!
